Scam of the Day

The latest scam, apparently created in Europe, where "on the spot fines" are normal, legal procedure. People, please be aware: The FBI will *NEVER* tell you to send them money. (All evidence is that if they want your money, they'll just take it - that's what seizure warrants are for.)
