I noted this morning that the Curse updater wants to overwrite my Carbonite install with an older version - one that is very old.
If you want Carbonite, go to the
Carbonite Web Site, download it directly, and manually install it (instructions are also on that site).
It's also worth noting that you can force the Curse Updater to "ignore" Carbonite.
